Future Management and Construction have been instructed to carry out the external upkeep/maintenance of two block of apartments. Both blocks require new flat roof covering. FMC will be using a Nord Bitumi product which is highly resistant to thermal ageing and extremely durable, robust and flexible as well as UV resistant it is available in cold, warm or inverted roof formats, the system also boasts a fire rated approved mineral cap sheet.
