External Maintenance Work

Future Management and Construction have been instructed to carry out the external upkeep/maintenance of two block of apartments.

Both blocks require new flat roof covering. FMC will be using a Nord Bitumi product which is highly resistant to thermal ageing and extremely durable, robust and flexible as well as UV resistant it is available in cold, warm or inverted roof formats, the system also boasts a fire rated approved mineral cap sheet.

Additional works to both blocks include: cladding to the plywood fascias between the windows, repointing of the brickwork (replacing perished bricks in some areas), preparation and painting of down pipes, replacing old hoppers and all the general redecoration works that are required.

You will note for the photos below both apartment blocks now have scaffold around them in order for work to commence. We will make regular posts of the work as it progresses.
